All you Frank Zappa fans probably have all The Mothers albums, but if you’re looking to cut your teeth on some early Zappa mayhem and brilliance “Mothermania” has been released as a digital download. The album was recorded between 1966-68 and originally released in March of 1969. The Mothers career spanned from 1964 to 1975 with their work marked by the use of sonic experimentation, innovative album art, and elaborate live shows.

Your right. M.O.I’s career was ’64 to ’75 while the album was recorded between ’66 and ’68 an then released March of ’69. Good catch. I’ll make that clear in the post.
